She helped us plan our wedding from out of state and went above and beyond to make sure our needs and expectations were met. We start working together 8 weeks out:
*Initial Meeting to discuss design concept, colors and theme.
*Discuss ideas for centerpieces, props and décor to be used for the event.
*Site walk-through of ceremony and reception venues.
*Unlimited guidance on vendor referrals that fit couple’s taste, style and budget.
*Assist with event floor plan.
*Create detailed and color coded timeline.
*Guidance and planning for the Ceremony and Reception.
*Final meeting to go over finishing touches, timeline and details at the wedding venue.
*Contact and confirm details with all service providers to ensure a timely and professional setup and tear down.
*Confirm all rental orders, dates and quantities.
*Coordinate with all vendors on couple's vision and event execution.
*Coordinate the ceremony Rehearsal at ceremony location.
*Full Event Management the Day of the Event - we work as many hours as may be reasonably necessary.
*Includes guest count from 1 – 100 people.
*Includes 1 Lead Planner and 1 Assistant on the day of the wedding.
